WHY SHOUD I SIGN UP TO YOUR SITE AND CREATE MY ACCOUNT?
Although gate109.com does not require mandatory registration for the purchase of products on the store, by registering on the site and creating your personal account you will have access to your private area with notifications and messages. By clicking the MY ACCOUNT button in the menu, you will be able to verify your orders status, your payments, track your shipments and check your points balance.
HOW DO I CREATE MY ACCOUNT?
Creating an account is fast, easy and free! Just click on "registration" on the top right corner and fill in all the fields of the registration form, inserting your e-mail address, your password and choosing your nickname. Once you have created your account DO NOT FORGET to complete your profile by also entering your first and last name, so that we can credit points to your account.
HOW DO YOU PROCESS MY PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE DATA?
I AM NOT A REGISTERED USER, CAN I PURCHASE ON THE SITE?
The Gate109.com website does not allow you to purchase on its store without being registered on the site. Registering is fast, easy and free! Just click "registration" at the top right and fill in all the fields of the form by entering your e-mail, your password and choosing your nickname. You will have access to your private area where you can check your points balance, check the status of your orders, your payments and track your shipments. In addition, it will be possible for us to credit free purchase points which are often integrated into the promotions we offer. Once you have created your account DO NOT FORGET to complete your profile by also entering your name and surname, so that we can credit points on your account.
I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE OR A COUPON HOW DO I USE IT? I HAVE A GATE 109 CARD HOW DO I USE IT?
Nothing be easier! Browse the site and choose the products you wish to order by adding them to the cart; on the summary page of the cart: if you have a discount code or a coupon enter it in the "Code" field (the system calculates the amount to pay with the discount applied) then go to the checkout stage to confirm the order; if you have a Gate 109 Card or a voucher go to the checkout stage and in the payment section, enter the code in the "Gift Voucher" field. We remind you that you can also use the Gate Card with different orders spaced out over time until the credit runs out.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Gate109.com accepts several payment solutions to choose from such as credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, bank transfer, Bitcoin or payment on delivery (cash on delivery). If you choose the bank transfer or Bitcoin as a payment solution, our bank details or Bitcoin Wallet will be communicated by e-mail after confirming the order.
N.B.If the Bitcoin payment is not confirmed within 2 hours of the order it will be considered canceled.
ARE MY PAYMENTS SAFE?
Yes. All your sensitive data (such as credit card information, etc.) are protected by the encryption of the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate installed on the site.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?
You can track orders and payments in your private area by clicking "MY ACCOUNT" from the main menu of the site. MY ACCOUNT will appear automatically after registering on the site. Sign up is fast, easy and free! Just click on the top right "register" and fill in all the fields of the form, inserting your e-mail address, your password and choosing your nickname. Once you have created your account DO NOT FORGET to complete your profile by also entering your first and last name, so that we can credit points to your account. If you are an unregistered user, not having your own account, you will not be able to access your private area to check your points balance, check the status of your orders, your payments and track your shipments.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?
Since the moment you confirm your order, it takes about a couple of days to process your request, manage the order and send the goods by courier. Alternatively, you can pick up your order directly in our store. If you consider the bank transfer as a payment option, to speed up things we advise you to send us a copy of the bank transfer at
I CHANGED MY MIND, CAN I RETURN THE PURCHASED PRODUCT?
Yes. Pursuant to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 Consumer Code you are entitled to 14 calendar days to change your mind about your purchase and return the products. In this case, then, within 14 days of receiving the package, you must send an e-mail to
specifying the products purchased, the relative order number and your will to withdraw from the purchase. The products must be returned exactly as they were received so that they can be resold. As indicated in the following points, the products must be:
- intact, not soiled, undamaged, fitted with a tag and any accessories in the original packaging;
- without obvious signs of prolonged use;
- with the transport document (present in the original packaging), so it will be possible to identify the sender (order number, name, surname and address).
Gate 109 will send its courier to pick up the package to be returned (properly packaged by the user) at the same address initially provided for delivery (unless otherwise specified by the customer in the communication e-mail). Gate 109 will reimburse the amount you have paid excluding the initial shipping costs as soon as the package has arrived in the store. The reimbursement will take place with the same method of payment as you chose during the purchase within 14 days of receiving of the returned goods.
I PURCHASED A WRONG SIZE, DO YOU REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH THE RIGHT SIZE?
Yes. If the product with the right size is available in our store, then the replacement can take place quickly. In case it is not available, we will ask our supplier to send it to us. If, unfortunately, not even the supplier has it, then you change it with any other product in our store.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In the event that the products you received are damaged, defective or non-compliant with the order, Gate 109 undertakes to replace them or reimburse you. The communication must be made within 14 days of receiving of the package by e-mail to
where you must specify the products purchased, the relative order number and attach photographs that attest to the defects of the product shipped.
ARE SHIPPING AND RETURN FREE?
Shipping costsare FREE for a cost of € 50 or more, otherwise they cost € 3.50.
The return is FREE.
Gate 109 will send its courier to pick up the package to be returned (suitably packaged by the user) at the same address initially provided for delivery (unless otherwise specified by the customer himself in the communication e-mail).
